Come Saturday Morning
It's been quite a week! Take a breether, relax, regroup and recharge body and mind for whatever next week may have in store.
Hi guys. This afternoon I'll be working under the hood of the blog. If all goes well, we'll soon have a new look. But working on the blog means I can't be out there scouting new material. So just hang loose and relax for a while.
There was something I wanted to mention. You wanna know how venal Nikki Haley is? Word is, she has threatened to sue the group Nikki Haley Voters for Harris (formerly Nikki Haley Voters for Biden) unless they remove her name from the name of the group.
Now, just to refresh your memory, Haley's husband Michael, an officer in the South Carolina Army National Guard, is currently deployed. Trump, being Trump, mocked and disrespected him...to Nikki's face...and she did not defend him. As you recall, she endorsed Trump after herself dropping out of the race. That's the kind of person she is. So is it any wonder she objects to having her name taken in vein and is threatening the pro-Harris group?
I don't know where all these icky creepy-crawlies came from. Used to be Republicans were at least respectable if wrongheaded. They behaved with some modicum of commonsense and decency. The current batch of MAGA vermin are an embarrassment to our country.
Well, my HTML skills are rustier than I anticipated. Besides that, I haven't been feeling well today. Went in for a bit of a lie down around 4:00 and only woke up twenty minutes ago. So, let's just say, work on the blog is ongoing. Right now I need to go take a quick look at my news sources to see what's been happening.
